제목 Preparation of Silica-encapsulated ZnSe nanocrystals  by Microemulsion Techniques
초록 Nanocrystals of ZnSe were prepared and encapsulated with silica using a safe and simple method by employing AOT reversed micelles (microemulsions). For the encapsulation, dilute ammonia and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in reversed micelles were injected to AOT reversed micellar solutions after the formation of ZnSe quantum dots. In this work, the effect of water content and the reaction time on the silica encapsulations were investigated by employing fluorescence spectroscopy, TEM, DLS, UV-vis and FT-IR and the optimum condions were obtained for the preparation of silica -encapsulated ZnSe quantum dots.
