제목 탄소섬유 UD 복합재료의 열 노화에 따른 음향방출, 전기저항 및 열화상 평가
초록 The degree of thermal aging carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) was measured via acoustic emission (AE), electrical resistance (ER) and Thermogram evaluation. The ud-CFRPs were aged at different temperatures to make the different condition of interface. The change of wavespeed calculated by travel time from source was measured by AE sensors and the change of ER was measured by ER sensors as thermal aging. In case of the Thermogram evaluation, the CFRP lay on the hot plate and measured the increase of the temperature. To compare with the nondestructive results, interlaminar shear stress (ILSS) and tensile stress at transverse direction were measured. The wave speed, ER and increasing time of temperature were changed as different thermal aging temperature of CFRP.
