Biobased shape memory polymer nanocomposite based on UV cured acrylated epoxidized soybean oil, tetrahydrofufuryl acrylate and graphene oxide |
초록 |
Biobased shape memory polymer nanocomposite was synthesized from UV cure of acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) and tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate(THFA), which derived from biorenewable resources, with graphene oxide(GO). DMA analysis showed that with varying content of THFA from 0 to 30 wt% in the UV cured AESO/THFA blends, storage modulus gradually decreased and glass transition temperature(Tg) can be tuned from 52°C to 30°C. With the very small additions of nanodispersed GO platelets into the UV cured AESO/THFA, greatly improved thermal and mechanical properties as well as shape memory effects under infra-red irradiation were observed. |
