제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Acrylonitrile-based Precursor for Carbon Fibers
초록 There are many polyacylonitrile-based fibers advantages including a high strength and modulus, high degree of molecular orientation, higher melting point, and a greater yield of the carbon fibers. The acrylonitrile-based precursors have been synthesized by solution and suspension polymerizations. The effects of various experimental parameters, including the concentration of stabilizer and initiator, temperature, stirring speed, and variety of comonomers were investigated. The structure and properties of polyacrylonitrile precursors and the resultant carbon fibers were characterized and discussed in GPC, SEM, 1H-NMR, FT-IR, DSC, and TGA.
