Supercapacitor is one of promising energy storage device, because of their high power density, permanent cycle life. However, there are limitation to apply high capacity energy storage device due to a low energy density. In order to enhance overcome this problem, wide electrochemical stability window and high ion conductivity were demanded. Here in, we suggested new cross-linked polymer-ionic liquid electrolyte system. New electrolytes are mixture of 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazoium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (EMITFSI) and cross-linked poly-4-vninyphenol (CP). CP was used as frame to enhance the electrochemical stability window, EMITFSI was selected for high ionic conductivity. The ratio of EMITFSI to CP varied from 3 to 4.5. The highest ionic conductivity value is 0.25 S/cm at 1:3.5. The prepared quasi solid electrolyte shows the 172.4 F/g of capacitance and 72.3 Wh/kg of specific energy with activated carbon electrode. |
