제목 유기탄성체와 금속과의 접착에서 접착계면에 관한 연구
초록 The effect of the cure level of composites composed of rubber compound and brass-plated steel cord on their adhesion properties and stabilities was investigated in relation to the formation, growth and degradation of their adhesion interphase examined with AES spectroscopy. The pullout force of an optimum-cured adhesion sample showed a maximum, but the samples under-cured and over-cured showed lower pullout force. The enhancement of adhesion properties of under-cured adhesion samples after humidity aging may be explained by further cure of rubber compound closely adjacent to the adhesion interphase and sufficient development of adhesion interphase. Cure level exhibiting good adhesion was discussed based on a sufficient formation of the adhesion interphase and an achievement of the crosslinking of rubber compound especially attached on the interphase
