Porous semiconductor with programmable structure and composition through an aerosol-assisted route |
| 초록 |
Porous semiconductor with tunable composition, structure and optical properties were prepared. As-formed ZnS-CIS alloyed nanoparticles exhibit excellent photocatalytic activity and recyclability for photodegradation of R6g under visible-light irradiation. This general approach can be scaled up to synthesize varieties of porous semiconductor alloy and composites for broad spectrum of optical applications. |
