제목 Simple red phosphorescent organic light emitting diode
초록 Simple red phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes(PHOLEDs) without electron injection layer and a single emitting layer red PHOLED which has single organic layer between two electrodes were developed using phosphine oxide derivative as a host material. Electron could be directly injected from the Al cathode to the phosphine oxide material without electron injection layer. Therefore, simple red PHOLEDs without any electron injection layer and with only single emitting layer could be fabricated. A high quantum efficiency of 12.5% was achieved in the red PHOLEDs without any electron injection layer and the device performance of the simple devices was comparable to that of the common red device.
