제목 Synthesis and Characterization of carbazole-thiazole based soluble Iridium(III) complexes for phosphorescent organic light-emitting didoes
초록 We designed and synthesized emitter based on carbazole moiety as a main ligand, picolinic acid (pic), 2-ethoxy ethoxy picolinic acid (EO-pic), picolinic acid N-oxide (picN-O), 2-ethoxy ethoxy picolinic acid N-oxide (EO-picN-O) as a ancilary ligand for organic light-emitting diodes. The CIE (Commission International de l’Eclairage) coordinate of (0.44, 0.55). The emissive PhOLEDs based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/M-MTDATA : TPBI:Ir complex/LiF/Al cathode exhibit a maximum external quantum efficiency of 6.89 % with corresponding luminance efficiency of 11.22 cd/A, respectively.
