Field emission properties from multi walled carbon nanotube yarns |
초록 |
Multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) yarns were successfully prepared by spinning the MWCNTs bundle from the super vertical aligned MWCNTs on the substrate, and the tip and lateral field emission (FE) of MWCNTs yarn were performed in a scanning electron microscope. As compared the tip and lateral field emission of MWCNTs yarn, the behaviors of tip FE was better than that of lateral FE. The turn on field of tip and lateral FE was appeared at 1.6 and 1.7 V/μm after aging process, respectively. In case of the tip FE of MWCNTs yarn, the configuration of tip end was remarkably changed by the FE performance. |
