제목 Production of biodiesel under sub- and supercritical conditions
초록 Recently, showing a lot of interest biodiesel as an alternative fuel, biodiesel manufacturing methods have been studied in various ways. Biodiesel is commonly produced by transesterification reaction of oil including fatty acids with alcohol. In this manufacturing method, the post-processing is required in order to remove the alcohol and the remaining water. Moreover, the water has a negative effect the content of oil. To improve production by the commonly used manufacturing process, using catalyst system, high-temperature and high-pressure methods were introduced. This method is not needed a catalyst and post-processing. Also, there are several advantages. The reaction in the high temperature, high pressure, can reduce the reaction time and can increase the efficiency of the reaction. Furthermore, eliminates the emission of alkali catalyst, may also help in the environment. So, in this study, high-temperature, high-pressure methods are suitable for biodiesel manufacturing process was evaluated.
