Effect of the morphology on electrical properties of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) ceramics |
| 초록 |
Al-doped ZnO (AZO) ceramics with a diversity of well-defined morphologies have been successfully prepared and their electrical properties were studied by EIS. The physical properties of prepared samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, and TG-DTA. The crystallization process, morphologies and electrical properties were studied as a function of calcinations temperatures and dopant(Al) content. The electrical conductivity of AZO particle was greatly affected by preparation method and calcination temperature, and it may due to the change of TD(theoretical density). |
