제목 | Synthesis of Silicon Quantum Dot & Photo-Luminescence Thin Film for Application Solar Cell : Characterization and Quantum Properties |
초록 | Luminescence materials such as silicon quantum dots are greatly interest in biomedicine, electronics, optoelectronics, light-emitting devices and solar cells. In order to prepare an photo-luminescence material as a precursor for thin-film solar cell material, we synthesis of silicon quantum dots from silicon tetrachloride using reverse micelle and reduction with lithium aluminum hydride. Those Si-QDs were hydrosilylation with diverse olefin by Pt-catalyst. In contrast to nanosacle materials, Terbium and Europium complex has unique properties – multicolor emission so, it is very useful candidate of solar cell doping substrate.
