제목 | Reaction conditions of wet synthesis of aluminium hydride |
초록 | Aluminium hydride (AlH3), an energy material, is usually prepared through the reaction of lithium aluminium hydride with aluminium chloride in an aqueous phase including an efficiency solvent, diethyl ether. A primary product is a complex of alane-ether, which remains in the solution. Then, aluminum hydride is crystalized by removing diethyl ether. In this work, crystalline aluminium hydride was achieved via an organometallic method in a combined solvent of diethyl ether ((C2H5)2O) and toluene (C6H5CH3). Among various shapes of aluminium hydride, we focused on cubic crystals comprised of pure elements. Precise analyses using field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD) were fulfilled. |
