제목 Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding efficiency of the chemically treated aminated graphene oxide
초록 The animated graphene oxide (GO) is prepared by amination of GO using various concentration of ammonia solution at room temperature to introduce nitrogen functional groups which affect electrical properties. Also, GO films for measurement of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding efficiency are fabricated adding aminated GO to paraffin wax. The aminated GO shows the increase of nitrogen contents as increasing the concentration of ammonia solution, while the contents of oxygen decrease. When GO is treated by ammonia solution, the EMI shielding efficiency is increased by -2 ~ -5 dB. The existence of nitrogen functional groups in GO is helpful to improve the absorbance of electromagnetic waves due to electron transfer of nitrogen functional groups.
