제목 Experimental Study on Growth of Ammonium Sulfate Particles in Low Temperature Plasma Process Combined with Photodegradation for SO2 Removal
초록 In this study, we analyzed the effects of several process variables on the SO2 removal and ammonium sulfate particle growth by the dielectric barrier discharge - photocatalyst hybrid process. In this process, SO2 was converted into the H2SO4 and then, by adding ammonia, into (NH4)2SO4 particles. The size and crystallinity of ammonium sulfate particles were examined by using TEM and XRD analysis. (NH4)2SO4 particles continue to grow by particle coagulation and surface reaction, moving inside the reactor.
