제목 Rapid Electrochemical Aptasensor Composed of Mxene/Aptamer Nanostructure on Au micro-gap electrode for COVID-19 Detection
초록 When infected with COVID-19, cytokinestorm occurs in the human body. There is an urgent need to develop a method for early and rapid diagnosis of cytokine levels. The author developed an ACEF-based high-speed electrochemical biosensor with aptamer and mxene nanostructures on electrode to simultaneously detect TNF- α and IFN- γ, indicators of cytokine storm. To test the detection capability of the aptasensor, the detection of limit (LOD) was performed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. As a result, TFN-α and IFN-γ showed a linear range from 1 pg/mL to 10 ng/mL, respectively.
