제목 Effects of RF oxygen plasma-treated graphene on the mechanical properties of poly(methyl methacrylate)/aluminum trihydroxide composites
초록 Graphene has significant potential for application in engineering materials. The mechanical advantage of graphene on various types of composites has been investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Artificial marbles, meanwhile, are used in many applications these days. Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and aluminum trihydroxide (ATH) are the chemicals most widely used in this production process. However, higher mechanical properties are needed recently in the higher value-added fields. Hence, RF oxygen plasma-treated graphene was studied as novel alternative filler in nanocomposites to increase the mechanical properties of artificial marbles effectvely.
