제목 Transient lquid phase sintering of BaTiO3-(Bi,Na)TiO3 relaxor ferroelectric ceramics
초록 Barium titanate – bismuth sodium titanate (BaTiO3- (Bi,Na)TiO3, BT-BNT) is well-known as a ceramic with stable high-temperature dielectric properties. But the sintering temperature of BT-BNT ceramic is high as approximately 1200℃ ~ 1250℃.  
Thus, co-firing of BT-BNT with base metal electrodes is limited.
In this study, nanoparticle synthesis of BT-BNT and introduction of various sintering additives were tested to reduce the sintering temperature of BT-BNT.
BT and BNT were synthesized as nanoparticles through hydrothermal synthesis. Through hydrothermal synthesis, BT particles of 90-120 nm and BNT particles of 100-150 nm were obtained.  
Upon sintering, small amount of sintering additives such as CuO-Bi2O5 and ZnO-Bi2O5 were added to BT-BNT nanoparticles. The CuO-Bi2O5 and ZnO-Bi2O5 additives in near eutectic composition could form transient liquid phase to enhance the mass transport upon sintering of the BT-BNT ceramics, consequently the sintering temperature could be successfully lowered to  900℃.  
To investigate the characteristics of the BT-BNT sintered body, the following analysis was performed. The microstructure observed by Fe-SEM and crystal structure and phase formation figured out via XRD. The dielectric properties such as high-temperature dielectric permittivity, loss are measured in the wide frequency range.
