Non-oxidative dehydroaromatization, which converts light hydrocarbons to aromatic compounds, loses its activity due to coke accumulation at catalysts during reaction. A lot of research is going on about recycling catalysts with coke oxidation. We intend to develop a highly efficient regeneration process through the introduction of Ce metal. which is mainly used for PM oxidation. In this study, dehydroaromatization reaction was carried out using a simulated gas of the compositon of natural gas, and the regeneration reaction was carried out using oxygen gas. Ce was introduced into the Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst in various ways to study the optimal introduction method and composition. We also investigated the cause of the activity and regeneration efficiency shown through the characterization analysis of the catalyst. |
