제목 Effects of TiCl4:BaCl2-modified Photoelectrodes on the Performance of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 The surface of TiO2 photoelectrodes was modified by soaking it in a TiCl4:BaCl2 mixed aqueous solution with various molar ratios and then calcining to prduce the TiCl4:BaCl2-treated TiO2 Photoelectrodes(Ti:Ba-TiO2/FTO). The highest power conversion efficiency(PCE) was obtained from dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) with Ti:Ba(3:7)-TiO2/FTO, which were prepared from the mixed solution with the molar ratio of 3:7(TiCl4:BaCl2). PCE of DSSCs with TiCl4:BaCl2(3:7)-TiO2 /FTO was improved by ca. 8.9%, compared to that of the reference device with Ti:Ba(10:0)-TiO2/FTO due to an enhancement in short-circuit photocurrent and open-circuit voltage.
