제목 | Effect of The Catalyst Synthesized Using High Energy Ball Milling Method |
초록 | Air pollutants such as NOx, SOx, PM are harmful to the human body and react with hydrocarbons in the exhausted gas to cause smog or acid rain. To remove air pollutants, Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) has attracted attention as a technology for removing NOx from precursors of fine dust. Commercially, V–based Catalysts synthesized by Impregnation method(IM) has been used to SCR. The particle size of catalysts is one of the important factor to improve catalytic properties. However, catalyst synthesized by Impregnation method has limited control of particle size related to catalytic activity. In this study, We synthesized V₂O₅-WO₃/TiO₂ by controlling size of catalyst with high energy ball milling method. The particle size of catalyst was confirmed by SEM and TEM analysis and their properties were characterized by XRD, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR. These results may be applied to the various fields that require the controlling the particle size and high performance of catalytic properties. |
