제목 Effect of Conjugated Polymer based on Fluorinated-Quinoaxline with Alkyl Side Chain on Different position
초록 Two new type copolymers, PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (in) and PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (out) could slightly soluble in chloroform, but completely soluble in chlorobenzene and 1,2-dichlorobenzene (o-DCB) at high temperature. The absorption spectrum measured in CB solution. These polymer had maximum peak at 538nm and 547nm. In film state, it was bathochromic shift by 5 to 10 nm compare with the solution state. PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (out) showed shoulder peak in solution state and the peak intensity enhanced in film state. The HOMO and LUMO energy level of -5.21,-5.29 and -3.35,-3.39 respectively. The indicator of polymer efficient is Power Conversion Efficiency(PCE). PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (in) and PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (out) PCE of 4.07, 3.61%, Voc of 0.67, 0.70 V, Jsc of 9.83, 7.63 mA/cm2, FF of 0.62. As a result, PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (in) and PBDTT-DbiT-DFQx (out) had same backbone and same alkyl chain at different positions. Two polymers had other optical, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties.
