제목 | Preparation of Small-Molecule Donor based on Benzothiadiazole derivatives for Organic Solar Cells |
초록 | As we enter the modern times, depletion of fossil fuel is getting accelerating. In this situation, solar energy, which occupies more than 99% of usable powers among the earth, is a substantial source. Thus, the solar cell is one of the methods to achieve the purpose of energy harvesting. Fine-tunable small molecule has applied for organic solar cells due to their benefit of modifying optoelectronic properties. Acceptor-Donor-Acceptor structures, which situated as a standard of small molecule, are exhibit excellent optical characteristics through the various bandgap wide. These features are significant in enhancing the efficiency of the device for energy harvesting. In this work, BT-CMCN, which Dicyanomethylene-4H-chromene (CMCN), Benzothiadiazole (BT) used as an A1, A2 respectively in A1-D-A2-D-A1 overlapped structure of previous stated, has synthesized and investigated. |
