The photocatalytic activity can be determined by the higher rate of light absorption, rapid electron excitation and controls recombination rates of hole and electron separation. It shows remarkable efficiency by converting various functional materials into new morphology of photo-catalysis. In this study, the p-MoS2@n-Bi2S3 composite exhibited that increasing tremendous photocatalytic activity. Under visible light(>400nm), Bi2S3-MoS2 composite with 1:1 molar ratio has higher efficiency in the photo-reduction of CO2. In particular, the p-MoS2@n-Bi2S3 composite was excellent in light stability. In conclusion, the high light absorption rate of p-MoS2-2D-nanosheet in composite promotes electron excitation, the electron affinity of n-Bi2S3-nanoniddle can be rapidly accepted excited electrons. Therefore, it consistently provides to catalyst activity site by useful separating charge. |
