제목 Preparation and characterization of functional cross-linked atenolol imprinted mung bean starch-based biomaterials.
초록 The main objects of this work are to prepare the high functional crosslinked mung bean starch (MBS)-based films imprinted with atenolol(ATN) as the template. The high functional crosslinked MBS-based films were synthesized by casting method and UV curing process. Physical properties such as tensile strength (TS), elongation at break (%E), degree of swelling (DS), solubility (S) for prepared films were investigated. In addition, the surface morphology of the prepared films was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). To evaluate the binding characteristics of functional MBS-based films added with/without the addition of ATN, the adsorption properties of the prepared films was investigated by equilibrium binding experiment. In addition, in order to verify the functionality of prepared films, ATN release experiment was carried out in vivo and in vitro.
