제목 Surface plasmon Spectroscopy Coupling Constants of Infectious Diseases for Rapid Diagnostic Multichannel Technology Development
초록 With the emergence of new-variant infectious diseases, technologies for developing multi-channel diagnostic kits for multiple screening of infectious diseases are emerging for prompt diagnosis of the causative agents of infectious diseases for proactive and rapid response.
Immuno-chemical diagnostic devices measure the presence or absence of specific proteins that cause disease through antigen-antibody reactions.
We thought that developing a test would need to determine the optimal conditions by measuring the binding strength of the acquired antigen-antibody.
Antigen-antibody responses were determined by surface plasmon spectroscopy to determine the binding constants of acute respiratory infections and intestinal infections.
Based on these findings, various attempts are being made to increase the sensitivity of diagnosis using new materials, and there is a possibility that a product with 10,000 times more sensitivity than the existing immuno-chemical diagnosis method may be developed.
