제목 Influence of hydrophobic SiO2 on electrospun bio based Polyurethane nanofiber
초록 The extensive researches of polymer nanocomposites have been carried out for various applications in industrial fields because the polymer nanocomposites reinforced by nanofillers have the outstanding improvements in the properties. Among nanofillers, SiO2 has a great deal of interest as the reinforcement in polymer matrix due to its excellent properties. Besides, it also has hydrophobicity when it modified. Polyurethane (PU) is one of the most using materials in industrial fields, because of its special soundproof properties and heat reservance. However, Petroleum based PU is made of environment-unfriendly materials. Therefore, the necessity of develop a bio based PU come to the fore. In this research, Castor Oil based PU reinforced by SiO2/modified SiO2 is synthesized and its Dimethylformamide (DMF) solution is prepared for electrospinning. The reinforcing effect of SiO2 on properties of electrospun bio based polyurethane with different SiO2 contents was investigated.
