제목 Synthesis, Surface Modification and Characterization of Nanoporous Silica Using Hexafluoro Silicic Acid and Sodium Silicate
초록 In this study, Nanoporous silica for bio-catalyst carrier and bio-separation material has been synthesized using hexafluoro silicic acid (H2SiF6 25%) aqueous solution of phosphate fertilizer process and sodium silicate (Na2O.3.2SiO2 20%) aqueous solution through several processing steps such as acid decomposition, polymerization and drying. Obtained nanoporous silica was modified by silanization method with various concentration 3-aminopropyltetraethoxysilane. The modified nanoporous silica has been characterized by Scaning electron microscopy (SEM), BET, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and thermal behavior has been studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
