Cortisol causes physical and mental illnesses such as immune decline and depression. Although many biosensors for cortisol detection have been reported such as LFA, electrical, colorimetric and fluorescence, technologies for rapid and high-sensitive remain a challenge. Herein, we studied a verification of the carboxylic acid functionalized conducting polymer nanotube (CPNT) FET sensor using antibody as bioprobe, and monitored real-time cortisol sensing. Stress biomarker detection sensors showed high-sensitive of 100 pg/mL and rapid performance. Based on these results, our biosensors can provide a potential application the detection of stress biomarkers such as cortisol, dopamine and serotonin at the early stage through real-time monitoring. |
