제목 | Development of Pathogen Biosensor Based on DNA nanotechnology |
초록 | Numerous diseases threaten to human life. To control the fast spread of diseases and viruses, the early detection system with high accuracy is highly required. Author fabricated the pathogen biosensor based on DNA nanotechnology. The combination of DNA structure and nanoparticle gives biosensor construction. Especially, the DNA 3WJ shows the unique property As a multi-functional bioprobe. Based on the prepared bioprobe, author developed the electrochemical, optical and electrical biosensor.
