제목 Fabrication and characterization of bipolar plates from bio based resin /reduced graphene oxide composite for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells
초록 The lightweight economical bipolar plates for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells(PEMFC) were fabricated by using acrylated-epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) as a matrix material along with reduced graphene oxide(RGO) as a conductive filler and graphite powder as a reinforcement. The influence of various contents of reduced graphene oxide on electrical conductivity, physical and mechanical properties of the composite were investigated. The optimum composition of composite plates was determined at 84% graphite, 25% AESO and 1% RGO based on physical, electrical and mechanical properties. The resistance of fabricated plates molded with 2.23 mm thickness is measured by four probe technique. The electrical resistance of the composite decreased with increasing amount of graphite from 10 Ω.cm to 0.50 mΩ.cm. The change in mechanical properties is analyzed by Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA) by using three-point bending technique.
