제목 Micro/nano Particles prepared by Electrospraying for Protein Drug Delivery
초록 Water and organic solvent based systems were processed using uniaxial and coaxial electrospraying apparatuses. In the coaxial systems, Bovin Serum Albumin (BSA) and iron (Ⅱ/Ⅲ) oxide nanopowder were used as the materials for the inner nozzle. As the encapsulation materials for the outer nozzle, chitosan was used. A chitosan solution was emitted into coagulation liquids circulated in a T-type chamber by a fixed quantity metering pump. The effect of voltage, flow rate, dispersant, size of chamber, etc was examined to obtain the maximum efficiency of electrospraying. BSA-loaded chitosan particles were analyzed by the laser light scattering particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and the BCA assay techniques.
