제목 Fabrication of highly ordered macroporous films with hierarchical structure
초록 Macroporous films with highly ordered pore patterns have many potential applications. A polymer film with ordered array of pores (“air bubbles”) can be made by a simple casting process: spreading a layer of dilute polymer solution (in a volatile solvent) on a substrate and letting the solvent evaporate under moisture. The air bubbles are almost uniform in size, on the order of several microns, and hexagonally packed. In this study macroporous films with hierarchical structure were fabricated by using block copolymer and characterized to understand film-formation processes and to explore their properties. Highly ordered microporous thin films were readily fabricated by using the amphiphilic block copolymer. For the structural characterization, film morphology was studied in detail by normal optical microscopy and Atomic Force Microscope(AFM).
