Because of environmental problems such as global warming, climate change, organic solar cells (OSCs) have been attracted much attention due to low-cost and simple fabrication, feasibility of solution process. We synthesized conjugated polymers, PTTIBTI, PTTIBTI7, PTTIBTI5 and PTTIBTI3 containing 6-(2-Thienyl)-4H-thieno[3,2-b]indole (TTI) and Bithiophene imide (BTI). Because PTTIBTI5 have poor solubility, the solar cell device based on PTTIBTI5 could not fabricated. The device comprising PTTIBTI and PC71BM (1:3) with DIO showed a Voc of 0.77 V, a JSC of 2.66 mA/cm2, and a fill factor (FF) of 0.67, PCE of 1.39%. The device comprising PTTIBTI7 and PC71BM (1:1) showed a Voc of 0.77 V, a JSC of 2.94 mA/cm2, and a fill factor (FF) of 0.41, giving a PCE of 0.93%. The device comprising PTTIBTI3 and PC71BM (1:2) with DIO showed a Voc of 0.72 V, a JSC of 6.78 mA/cm2, and a fill factor (FF) of 0.54, giving a PCE of 2.64%. |
