Affinity Capture and Structural Analysis of Butanolides of Streptomyces coelicolor with Tandem Mass Spectrometry |
| 초록 |
S. coelicolor has been reported to possess a quorum sensing system triggered by signal molecules such as butanolides and their binding receptor proteins. In this research, we have used tandem mass spectrometry to analyze the butanolides which had been captured by their receptor protein, ScbR. And then the structure of the captured molecules was determined by using nanospray ion-trap mass spectrometer combined with C18-packed spray tip. |
