제목 Highly Soluble Methanofullerene-C60/C70 as Electron Acceptors in Organic Solar Cells
초록 The highest 6% efficiency of OPVCs has been achieved by using blends of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and PCBM after thermal annealing. Also, other researchers developed methanofullerene derivative using C70 (PC70BM) and this molecule showed higher light absorption property and similar PCE compared to PCBM. However, these two acceptor materials have limit to fabricate large area OPVCs due to their low solubility in common organic solvents. Aiming at improving printing processibility, we designed and synthesized new hexyloxy substituted C60 and C70 derivatives (PC60BH and PC70BH). We studied on the feasibility of highly soluble methanofullerenes as acceptor materials in OPVC.
