제목 | Nb 치환된 CaCu3Ti4O12의 유전특성 |
초록 | We have systematically studied the effect of Nb-substitution for the Ti site of a cubic perovskite-type CaCu3Ti4O12 dielectrics which has recently drawn a great attention because of an extraordinary high permittivity (~ 104 at 1 kHz) at room temperature. For this study, various samples having two different type nominal compositions of CaCu3(Ti1-xNbx)4O12 and Ca1-2xCu3(Ti1-xNbx)4O12 (0 ≤x≤ 0.5) were prepared by a solid state reaction at the firing temperatures ranging from 1000oC to 1100oC for 12 h in air. The solubility limit of the former composition (0.1 <x< 0.25) was lower than that of the latter one (0.25 < x < 0.5). Dielectric properties of both systems were very sensitive to the sintered density for a given composition. The highest relative permittivity (εr) at 1 kHz of 2×105 was obtained from CaCu3(Ti0.95Nb0.05)4O12 sample sintered at 1100oC. With increasing x, εr curves as a function of frequency were more sharply depressed in both systems. However, with increasing x, εr values increased in Ca1-2xCu3(Ti1-xNbx)4O12 while those decreased in CaCu3(Ti1-xNbx)4O12.
