제목 Cellulose nanocrystals reinforced cellulose diacetate composite fibers by electrospinning
초록 The goal of this study was to prepare cellulose nanocrystals (CNs) reinforced cellulose diacetate (CDA) composite fibers by electrospinning. CNs as reinforced materials were obtained by hydrolysis of cotton fibers. CNs/CDA composite fibers were successfully fabricated from the CNs-loaded CDA solution by electrospinning. The concentration of CNs in CDA was varied 5 and 12 wt%. The presence of CNs in CDA fibers was determined by X-ray diffraction. The SEM images showed that the mean diameter of fiber was decreased with increasing of CNs content. The storage modulus of CNs/CDA fibres increased from 181 to 398 MPa when 12 wt% CNs was loaded in CDA. The results from dynamic mechanical thermal analysis indicated that CNs enhanced the mechanical properties of CDA fiber.
