제목 | Synthesis of CIS & CIGS nanoparticles and non-vacuum deposition method for low-cost and high-efficiency CIGS thin film solar cell |
초록 | There have been a lot of studies about CuInxGa1-xSe2(CIGS) compound semiconductors because direct band-gap, large optical absorption coefficient and CIGS solar cell modules have show long term stability. CIGS solar cell rises as one of the most promising thim film solar cell. However the vacuum processes have demerits such as high production cost and difficulty in scaling up. Therefore, the study for non-vacuum process that enable low-cost fabrication through solution-base process and doctor blade methode, has attracted much attention. In this study, CIS and CIGS nanoparticles are synthesized by solution-base process without any vacuum devices and hot-injection process. The prepared CIS and CIGS nano-powder manufacture for ink. The CIS and CIGS paste added hexanethiol mortar, after appropriate viscosity for doctor -blade coating. Sbsequently, coated film heat treatment at various temperature. the properties of CIS and CIGS film are investigated for heat treatment at various temperature. |
