제목 Electrospinning Fabrication and Characterization ofPoly(vinyl alcohol)/Carboxymethyl Cellulose Nanofiber
초록 Electrospun fiber mats have been used as engineered skin substitutes in the field of tissue engineering. Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) is highly biocompatible and nontoxic. Carboxylmethyl cellulose (CMC) is renewable and abundant resource found in most parts of the world. In this study, biocompatible PVA/CMC nanofiber mats were fabricated by electrospinning and thencharacterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and mechanical measurements. As results, the CMC content increase the average diameter of PVA/CMC fiber.
