제목 MoS2-C60 하이브리드 나노구조체의 제조, 전하이동 특성 및 태양전지에의 적용가능성
초록 Nanostructured MoS2 represents promising electronic characteristics with a low energy band gap of 1.23 eV, similarly to silicon, which varies depending on its thickness. It leads to a high expectation that it can work as a promising photovoltaic material. In this study, 3D arrays of MoS2 nanosheets directly integrated onto carbon fiber paper substrates are created through a stepwise synthetic approach comprising vapor transport, reduction, and topochemical sulfidation. The obtained materials exhibit promising electrocatalytic performance. Furthermore, the electrocatalytic properties can substantially be enhanced by interfacing with solution-deposited nC60 by electron donation from the nC60 to MoS2. A built-in potential of the MoS2/C60 with type-II band alignment can effectively drive electron–hole separation across the interface, which is predicted to show good photovoltaic performance. In this presentation, their possibility of solar cell applications will be discussed.
