Synthesis of Cancer drug incorporated Carboxylation Chitosan-graft-methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) for drug delivery system |
| 초록 |
This study designed to carboxymethyl group modified Chitosan and amin group modified methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) for drug delivery carrier. Carboxylation chitosan and poly(ethylene glycol) were synthesized by chemical reaction. Also, the Carboxylation chitosan-graft-poly(ethylene glycol) was prepared by ion-complex with Cancer drug. The structure were investigated by fourier transform infrared FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared), 1H-NMR (1Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance). Also, particle size and zeta potential were measured by DLS(Dynamic Light Scattering) and TEM (Transmission electron microscopy). These resulted to expected to shape core shell type nanoparticle. |
