Synthesis of Core-crosslinked polymeric micelles for cancer drug delivery system |
초록 |
The cytostatic drug doxorubicin(DOX) is a well-known chemotherapeutic agent which is used in treatment of a wide variety of cancers. This study was prepared to chemical reaction with carboxymethyl group modified Chitosan and amin group modifiedmethoxy poly(ethylene glycol) for DOX delivery carrier. The structure were investigated by fourier transform infrared FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared), 1H-NMR (1Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance). Also, particle size and zeta potential were measured by DLS(Dynamic Light Scattering) and TEM (Transmission electron microscopy). |
