Synthesis of core shell type nanoparticles for drug delivery system |
초록 |
This study designed to carboxymethyl group modified Chitosan and methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) and Cholesterol for Rapamycin delivery carrier. Carboxymethyl chitosan-graft-poly(ethylene glycol)-graft-Cholesterol(OCMPEGChol) were synthesized by chemical reaction. The structure were investigated by fourier transform infrared FT-IR(Fourier transform infrared), 1H-NMR(1Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance). Also, particle size and particle image were measured by DLS(Dynamic Light Scattering) and TEM(Transmission electron microscopy). These results to expected to shape core shell type Rapamycin delivery carrier. Rapamycin delivery chemotherapy may be effective and may have various benefit especially in the anti cancer. |
