Nanoparticles based on antibacterial agents conjugated Chtisan for Drug Delivery System |
초록 |
Carboxymethylation chitosan derivatives are widely used for biomedical applications because of their nontoxic and biodegradable properties. Chitosan-antibacteral agents was prepared by chemical reaction with Chitosan and antibacteral agents for application possibility of drug delivery system. The structual characterisitcs of Chitosan-antibacteral agentswas investigated by FT-IR, 1H NMR. Particle size and zeta potential of the Chitosan-antibacteral agents was measureed using dynamic light scattering technique. For a molecular weight measurement used gel permeation chromatograph(GPC). The release behaviors of Chitosan-antibacteral agents from this proposed delivery system in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution at 37 °C were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. |
