| 제목 | Carbohydrate-protein crosslinking to develop functional hydrogels for potential wound dressing. |
| 초록 | Over the past few years, there has been a growing interest in hydrogels having biocompatible and biodegradable properties. In particular, the application of hydrogels in the biomedical field continues to grow. In this study, we synthesized modifided carboxymethylcellulose(m-CMC) by conjugating carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) with tyramine. And then, the m-CMC was crosslinked with gelatin by tyrosinase. We characterized the mechanical properties, thermal stability and nontoxicity of this hydrogel. These results propose promising use of this hydrogel as potential wound dressing. |
