Formulation of Semiconducting Chemically Reduced Graphene Oxide/Cellulose Assembly through Noncovalent Interaction |
초록 |
Soluble chemically reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) assembly was formulated through noncovalent approach. Field-effect transistor (FET) of RGO/CMC assembly (1:100) demonstrated that RGO plates are intrinsically hole-doped and ambipolar in field effect characteristics. It is regarded that both dispersion and percolation between RGO plates in CMC matrix is very effective in noncovalent approach which is promising for low-cost electronics due to simple preparation procedure. |
