제목 Catalyst electrodes with high durability and low mass transfer overpotential in proton exchange membrane fuel cells
초록 Membrane-electrode assemblies (MEAs) in proton exchange membrane fuel cells provide the electrochemical reactions at electrodes, the permeation of fuel and/or oxidant gas and the drainage of water product. The formulation of catalyst slurry and preparation procedure significantly cause different structures of catalyst and ionomer binder which inflence the performance of MEAs. In addition, the properties of the solvent system in catalyst inks also play an important role in determining the electrode structure in MEA. In this study, we have varied the solvent systems, and then investigated their electrochemical properties in terms of durability and mass transfer overpotential.
