A Novel Bacteria Sensor of Dye Conjugated Polymer through Fluorescent On/Off Regulation |
초록 |
A combined polymer to obtain a cationic substituent for rapid and simple detection of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria was prepared. The integrated poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) backbone with catechol and bromoethane moieties possesses unique optical properties due to the presence of boron dipyrromethane (BODIPY) and near infared NIR-responsive IR825 (F-PVP). BODIPY also combine with zwitter ion of poly(sulfobetaine methacrylate) to be found as high sensitivity to pH changes. Both platforms showed bacteria detection ability in same pattern based fluorescent on/off system after interaction with bacteria for such time. By exploitation of catechol chemistry, this system offers adhesive material for solid bacteria detection. Finally, the proposed biosensor is capable as potential material for detection of bacteria in simple liquid and solid phase assay and broad range pH environment. |
